COVID-19 (Corona Virus) Updates
To Our Valued Patients,
We are excited to announce beginning Tuesday, May 19th we will begin seeing patients again for selected services.
If you are a patient who had an appointment rescheduled due to COVID-19 pandemic, please do not contact our office to reschedule your appointment. We have a detailed plan to create a safe environment for you, your family and our dental team and we will be reaching out to you to reschedule in the coming days and weeks. PLEASE DO CONTINUE TO CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE ANY DENTAL PAIN OR URGENT ISSUES.
We want to thank-you in advance for your patience and understanding as we navigate our new normal. Your health and safety are of the upmost importance to us, and with that in mind we have new protocols to make this a safe environment to receive your oral health services:
The day before your appointment, expect a pre-appointment health screening.
Please have everyone entering the clinic wearing a face mask if possible. If you do not have one, we will provide one for you.
Upon arrival, we will check the temperature of all patients and or parents/escorts. After being screened, we will have you wait in your car until your appointment, at which time we will bring you directly into your treatment room.
If your child has an appointment, we will only allow 1 adult with them at a time and no unscheduled children will be allowed at the clinic unless under the age of 1 and secured in a car seat/stroller.
While we ask that you wait in your car, our waiting room has been altered to allow seating at a safe social distance. All magazines and toys have been removed at this time.
We have changed our schedule to allow for more time for disinfection. Hand sanitizer is available to you at the front entrance and in each exam room.
